Policy Agreement (Booking is below Policy Agreement)

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BOOKING! UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO THOROUGHLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. BOOKING YOUR SHOOT LETS ME KNOW THAT YOU HAVE THOROUGHLY READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW....

A RETAINER IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING (RETAINER GOES TOWARD REMAINING BALANCE). ALL RETAINERS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

How do I book?

To pay full amount, click the Investment Tab, then click book under the category that describes your session.

If you want to do a split payment, I will send a square Invoice allowing you to pay your 50% non-refundable deposit and you can pay the remaining balance a day before your session.

(Either full payment or 50% deposit must be paid to lock in your date, time and location of you session.)

* When should I book?

If you are booking to post on a specific date, unedited proofs are sent out 1-3 days after your session and my turn around time is 7-14 days AFTER your photos have been selected. There is a $75 rush fee for photos to be delivered within 4-6 days after photo selection.

* What if I am running late?

You have a grace period of 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, your shoot will be cancelled. Be mindful that your shoot may not be the only one that day. If we have time to spare, we can extend your session due to tardiness at the cost of $75 an hour. If we are booked after your shoot, then client will only have the hours agreed upon for their session even if they were tardy.

* What if I need to rebook?

You are allowed to reschedule ONCE at no additional cost if a 48hr notice has been given. There is a mandatory reschedule/inconvenience fee of $35.00 to reschedule your shoot if within 48hrs of your allotted shoot time. The inconvenience fee PLUS your invoice needs to be paid in full before the session can be rebooked.

***If you booked a STUDIO Shoot but you didn't give enough notice, you can rebook but you will be responsible for paying the studio fee.

ONLY IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY (such as early pregnancies or sickness) will your deposit will be held for 60 days after your original shoot date.

* What if I need to cancel?

Appointments can be cancelled by reaching out to Filmtastic Films by text, call or email before 72 hours of your booked session. Appointments canceled, for any reason, within 72 hours of your session will be charged 50% of your balance.

* How long will my photos be available to download?

All online galleries remain available for download for 14 DAYS ONLY.***

After 14 days your gallery is not promised to remain available.

I do not hold proofs for more than 14 days. If you have not selected your images within 14 days of receiving your proofs, your unselected images will no longer be available. If you need a little more time to purchase extra edits, please let me know before the 14 days are up.

After photo selection takes place and selected images are edited, all unselected images will be removed.

Who owns the photos?

This is a great question. The general rule in copyright law is that the author of the work is also the copyright owner. Photographers who are hired on an independent contractor basis or for a specific job are usually the copyright owner to the photographs, even if the photographs were taken for a client.

(Filmtastic Films LLC has the right to post and market all photos and videos that belong to them, unless they choose to work out a written agreement with client).

* I DO NOT PROVIDE RAW (unedited images).

A big part of my brand is my editing style, therefore all photos will either be standard edited or High-end edited to uphold the integrity of my photos and brand.

What does Standard Edits Include?

Standard edits includes color correction, light correction and light blemish removals.

What does High-End Edits Include?

High-End Edits includes everything standard edit offers plus eye and teeth whitening and blending/smoothing of the skin.

For Events.....

A non refundable 50% deposit is required to lock in your event. All payments must be made in full a week before event to insure we are able to properly prepare our team for your big day. Paying before the event also insures that the day runs smoothly for clients as well. If full payment is not made by agreed upon date on invoice, we have the right to not show up to your event and deposit will be non-refundable.
